The staff were very friendly and approachable.
The site is in a good position with direct access to the cycle path and a local beach. Annecy was an easy 1 hour walk along the traffic (but not cycle) free path. Although the cycle path does not go completely around the lake it is a fairly easy ride all round assuming you don\'t do as I did and take a detour along the footpath through the National Park forest directly on the opposite side of the lake to the site! There are steep inclines and descents!
Pitches were of varying size but some had a very good view of the lake from the terracing.
We would come back here in the future.

This site is right by the lake and easy access for swimiming. It has direct access to the cycle path around the Lake. Lovely Annecy is an easy 20 minute cycle ride away and in the opposite direction there are many interesting lake side places. Breakfasts are available from the site reception and can be eaten on the patio or taken away. There is a Lidl and and a Mc Donald's just outside the camp entrance. The only down fall is that the showers are not very warm which was not a great problem for us as it was hot and sunny but on colder days it would not be comfortable. Access to most pitches would be difficult for large motor homes due to the tight corners between the terraces.

really enjoyed staying here, we were only going to stop one night and did two. 1 hour walk to Annecy, campsite is right by the lake, just cross over cycle path to lake side. The cycle path runs all along the lake side and is traffic free. The pitches are on slopes but are relatively flat, in terraces. would definitely come stay again, I was sorry to leave, waking up looking at the lake every day was a pleasure. The colour of the lake has to be seen to be believed.

This site is easy to access from the main road but the location next to the lake is the main selling point. Pitches are tight and some parts of the road around the site are uphill, (wheel spin when wet for fwd).
When getting to site, book in, find a pitch park up and have a walk around to check if there is a better one, before confirming pitch as it is a bit of a faff to trawl around. Trees overhang to roadway and tend to bash the top of your van. Some pitches have a view of the lake. Toilets are clean and adequate but there seemed to be more of the stand up type footpad toilets in the gents! Good access to cycle path on lake, via gate. We would go again, but put the above in case of a larger motorhome or caravan unit.
Wifi has to be paid for.

Very convenient and busy site.Terraced site on a hill and pitches small and difficult to access in places. Toilet/shower facilities ok. Staff very friendly. Very near a busy main road. Great access to cycle path and (grassed) beach on the lake just outside the site. Sadly the only flat(ish) site we could find was near the entrance and the road noise there drove us away after one night.

This is a terraced site with small pitches. We arrived without booking and there were only three pitches left. The one we chose was up near the toilet block and very uneven. The toilet blocks were unclean there was only one English style toilet available and two turkish type. Didn\'t use the facilities at all. There is a gate at the bottom of the site which leads out to a large field next to the lake, which was beautifully clear and swimable. There is also a cycle track which stretches 24 Kilometres around the lake. We wanted a gentle cycle but were constantly overtaken by the serious cyclists in lycra! There is bread and croissants available in the mornings but better to visit Aldi, a couple of hundred yards outside the gate. Annecy is incredibly busy so all we saw of it was on the way in and out. Not somewhere we\'d like to visit again.
